5cl Red Bowler

2.5 cl Aperol

2cl Passion Fruit syrup

2cl Fresh Lime juice

1cl Saber Apricot

4 drops foaming agent

Method:

Add all your ingredients to shaker and shake well. Fine strain into a nice chilled martini coupe glass.
