Add your ingredients to your shaker & shake well firstly without ice. (Dry Shake), now open your shaker add ice & start shaking once again. Fine strain over big ice chunk in an old-fashioned glass. You should have a nice silky froth.
Garnish:
Cherry and lemon peel.
TIP:
Do a twist on your Whisky sour cocktail by replacing sugar with a flavored syrup of your choice. Ex: 2cl peach syrup & 2 dash orange bitters. You can also use are substitutes instead of egg whites such as foaming agents.
